10. The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Product in transit. The Seller shall render to the Buyer such support as may be required to make claims on providers provided the Purchaser notified the Seller and the providers in writing immediately, such loss or damage is discovered.

If the Purchaser needs special packing in relation to the Goods it must be concurred to in writing in between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Purchaser's account and accordingly will be included in the Purchase Rate. If the Seller fails to include the expense of special packing in the Purchase Cost the Buyer must pay to the Seller such expenses on need.

Where installation is included in the agreement the arrangement of a clear working website and adequate gain access to will be the obligation of the buyer. It is our regular practice to inform shipment beforehand in order to help with the clearance of our working area.
